Regarding your questions: Yes, I eat fruits and vegetables quite often. My favorites are apples and broccoli. In my region, we have a lot of berries in the summer, like strawberries and blueberries, and in autumn, we get apples and pears.

For breakfast yesterday, I had oatmeal with berries and a cup of coffee. It was quite simple but filling.
