To keep healthy, I try to eat well and get enough sleep. I also enjoy going for walks in the park. My daily routine usually involves waking up early, having breakfast, going to school, doing homework, and then relaxing in the evening. I try to visit the doctor for a check-up once a year, or if I feel unwell.
