Primary Colors
Primary colors are the base colors from which all other colors can be mixed. There are two main systems of primary colors:
- Primary colors of light (Additive colors): Red, Green, Blue (RGB). When combined in equal proportions, they produce white light.
- Primary colors of pigment (Subtractive colors): Red, Yellow, Blue (RYB) for traditional art, or Cyan, Magenta, Yellow (CMY) for printing. When combined, they produce black or a dark muddy color.
