My Maslenitsa Celebration

In my area, Maslenitsa is celebrated a bit differently. We don't have a big bonfire to burn Lady Maslenitsa, but we do make and eat lots of blinis, which are my favorite part! We also have snowball fights and play in the snow, which is a lot of fun. It's great to say goodbye to winter and welcome spring with such a festive atmosphere. I really like Maslenitsa because it's a time for delicious food and outdoor activities. My favorite celebration is actually my birthday, but Maslenitsa comes a close second!
