Grammar: Prepositions of Movement. Look at the pictures and use the prepositions to fill in the gaps in the text. Then put the pictures in the correct order. Finally, look at the pictures and tell the story. Prepositions: past, towards, across, up/down, along, under, into, through, over.

It was a lovely day, so Ralph decided to go for a ride in the countryside. He got on his horse and rode out of the field. At first, everything was fine. He went along the road, through the tunnel and into the forest. Then, he went up the hill. The view from there was beautiful! After that, he went down the other side of the hill, past a little old cottage and across the bridge. After that, he went towards a field. Suddenly, everything went wrong! A tractor scared the horse and it jumped over the fence. Ralph fell off the horse and into the lake. He got very wet! It was a horrible experience!

Story: Ralph rides along the road, through a tunnel and into the forest. He goes up and then down the hill, past a cottage and across a bridge. He rides towards a field, but a tractor scares his horse. The horse jumps over a fence, and Ralph falls into a lake.
